WSFW - Wimbledon Sustainable Fashion Week Vol 1 - 2022

Go Inspire is a positive connection and support movement established to offer women a platform and space to be welcomed, heard, and inspired. Our mission is to create connections among women in order to improve mental health and well-being.

  • Mission

Go Inspire UK is a women founded & focused charity with the purpose of bringing women together to grow and thrive as a community. We believe that the world will be a better place when all women are supported to become the best versions of themselves, and that this will allow us to better challenge the discrimination we face.

  • How?

We recognise gaps in mental health service provision and respond to these by developing and delivering peer support groups and workshops that provide person-centred care and support to women affected by the challenges of modern society.

  • Method

Our network of peer support groups and workshops are all run by volunteers with lived experiences or who are professional experts in the field of the group they are facilitating.

Mental Health Support for Women

We run workshops and support groups in various locations in South London, offering a non-judgmental and welcoming space to talk about your experience and get peer support.
